The book is mix of contextual exposition, empirical evidence and exploratory study.  And is based on well thought over research problems and attempts to find out answers to questions raised. The entire text is spread over a wide canvas with twelve in depth researched intellectual chapters. Three seminar presentations also form a part of the book. Uniform structure has been adopted throughout.
